Refund policy
We have a limited return policy, which means all products are final sale- there are no refunds or exchanges for the purchase of our classes or memberships on our site. When receiving a product or attending a live class, you will have a on demand option available for a limited time only- usually 24-48 hours for access. However in some cases, we will extend that time.
If you purchase an on demand class, you have access to that class for a limited time only- 30 days.
Payment is for our classes and it is live or on demand. If you miss a live class a refund will not be issued as you will also get access to the replay- replay access can be one time for the duration please see above- but can also be increased depending on Mini Chefs And Bakers.
Memberships are on a monthly basis- you can cancel your monthly membership but it must be at least 14 days before your renewal date. Whatever day you signed up, 14 days before it is set to renew you must unsubscribe. You can easily unsubscribe within the portal. To make it even easier, please remember that even if you signed up for weekly or monthly billing plans- you are still agreeing to 4 classes before it is done. The option for weekly vs monthly depends on how many times you want to be billed in a month. Some families prefer the weekly option and some prefer the monthly option. Once you join a subscription you are agreeing to join for 4 classes, no exceptions.
This being said you can cancel anytime. The cancellation still follows the simple rules of the subscription. Remember you are just joining at the time you requested. If you cannot make it live, you will still get access to the replays however you will be unable to transfer to other class times- you will get replay access however. Please read replay access rules above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Although our policy is fixed, as a company we do look and analyze each situation on a case by case basis. We do not make exceptions. However, feel free to reach out to us: minichefsandbakers@gmail.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, one time classes or membership purchases. Please read our policy above.

There are no exchanges for digital products.
