Start By Choosing A Week! Classes are 45-55 minutes long each day and are held virtually through zoom! LIVE Class times you can choose from: 10 EST-5 EST every single day! Once you select your time, that will be your schedule for the entire week. Don't worry you will receive an email with all the details about our easy scheduling system! Can't make a live class time? You can always watch our amazing replays with the on demand option of the class plus the BONUS recordings will be shared after each class in the evening! :)
