Teacher Jay is amazing! Her patience with the mini chefs is infinite. She takes care to include all the students in a positive way. Her recipes are greatthere are several that have now entered our regular dinner rotation. The class has also encouraged our son to eat things he wouldnt normally have tried. It seems that if he cooks it, hes more excited about eating it!

Thank you Teacher Jay! Mini Chef and Baker, Graham loved creating apple pie roses with you! The smells of butter and cinnamon and the experience of making dough felt like a great hug! And Graham's familia thought these were absolutely delicious!
