This class is the highlight of Carmen's week! She loves to cook and bake independently (with a little help from mom, of course! lol) and is so proud of all she makes. Teacher Jay is great about customizing things for likes/dislikes as well as allergies. We are a food allergy household and have had no problems substituting and making ALL of the recipes!
